Site visitors are generally human resources professionals who more conservative than most. It’s probably 60/40 female. Most visitors have a 4 year college degree. Average age is tough. System users are probably younger as the actual act of conducting a background check is more admin/entry level related. Those researching a new solution are spread out, but it doesn’t go up to C-Level.
Target customers are employers with 500 or more employees (mid to large sized organizations). Buyers are generally HR generalists, HR managers, HR directors, recruiters and security folks (demo on security is male dominated and skews older than average HR person).

We need to design a banner ad which will be used for Retargeting. The ad needs to be created in the following sizes: 90x99, 100x72, 120x600, 160x600, 200x200, 250x250, 300x250, 300x600, 728x90
We would like the text to read, "My Candidate Has a Criminal Record.
Now What?" The image should grab the person's attention, and our logo
should be prominently displayed in the ad.
