Kids Illustration about dogs and construction sites

We are a small design and concept company that produces content with the aim of improving people's lives and making the possible, happen.

My two year old son LOVES two things: construction trucks and dogs.

For his birthday (and as a fun project), I want to make him a children’s illustration featuring illustrated dogs working on construction sites using pictures we have taken of sites in our area.

My vision is to have you (the illustrator) draw dogs over pictures that I have taken with my own camera. The dogs would be “human-like”, working the construction site. I would also like to add some interesting background images: dogs riding bikes, air planes, etc.

We would edit the photos to make them really interesting to look at and work well with the illustrations (photoshop / digital editing experience, a plus).

This is simple and fun! (Especially for a two year old).

I have included a few pictures just as examples. I have plenty of great pictures that we can use.

For this contest, I am looking to have you create a sample of how you would approach the project: illustration style, sense of fun, etc.

I have included two mock-up images as an example. I do not necessarily like the ones shown, so take these as a samples to demonstrate the IDEA of what I am looking for and as an idea of how needs to be improved to make the vision a reality.
