We are a web based service provider that helps people deal with collection companies. Our website is to explain what we/how we do what we do, a section about us and an FAQ section.

I've attached our logo. You can see what it looks like and the colors we used.
I am looking for something that is easy to use. Clean looking without looking cheap and makes a customer feel warm when visiting us.
Here is a page that I really liked. It was a previous winner from 99D so I hope this does not violate ToS.

Here is how I envision some of the sections. I know this seems like a lot, but it's complete and will make your job a lot easier so there aren't a ton of fixes. :)
Header – Will contain logo, catch phrase (Safe. Secure. Results), our telephone # (I will provide later) and a button for ‘Chat Live With a Representative’. Take some liberties with how you decide to lay the header out. Header will also contain a small Spanish flag to let people know the site will be coded in Spanish as well. I will be coding this site for a lot of languages, so if you speak a second (or third) language and you do an awesome design, that will put you to the top of the contest.
Footer – Footer will contain all the normal stuff. Will contain contact information, all of the social media buttons (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIN).
The body of the website needs to be friendly and easy to navigate. The colors you see in our logo do not have to saturate the whole page. We don’t want a site that is all blue, or a site that is all white. We like the use of fading in some of the colors as well as some of the border and background colors.
The site needs to be crisp.
It needs to have good contrast.
It needs to make people feel good about being here.
There will be an explainer video that we are making which will go in the upper part of the body of the website. Its going to be about the size of a native YouTube video playing on YouTubes website… Maybe a little larger.
To access our service, this website will connect through a customer portal, so there needs to be a section at the top, maybe to the left or below of the video, to ‘Enroll’. This enrollment section you would need to have a box for:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Telephone # (Not required)
There would need to be a button for [Click to Enroll]
In the middle of the body of the page, I would like to add something like a a WorkFlow of what we do. Maybe use some 'cloud' style graphics so people realize it's all done online and on our end.
Step 1, Enroll Above. This will take you to your customer portal where you can provide additional information to help move you along-
Step 2, You will select from our national list of Collection Agencies, updated daily, that you are currently receiving calls from-
Step 3, Verify the information is accurate (IE: Who you are disputing, who is calling, etc)-
Step 4, Click Submit to process your information-
Step 5, Submit Payment to complete your order-
Step 6, Get confirmation and begin tracking your calls!
Beneath that, we will need sections for the following:
To explain what it is we do.
A section ‘about us’.
An FAQ Section.
These sections need to be able to collapse/expand if necessary, but need to be the same size obviously when collapsed. Need all of the information to fit and be easily readable. The ‘expand’ button needs to be obvious.

First of all, let me introduce myself, my name is Clyde (not Clider, just a nickname) and I live in Florida. It’s Eastern Standard Time here, so please keep that in mind if you submit something or have a question and I do not answer it right away. I have a regular job and sometimes, it is very difficult for me to answer people until after 5pm EST. So any designs submitted in the middle of my day, might not be responded to right away. Please don’t
let that deter you.
Also. I LOVE giving feedback and will let you know if we are on the same page or not. I tend to reply even if I really dislike a design just so you know I got it. This helps you as a designer, do a better job. I have only done two contests (last two weeks), but they were both guaranteed and the handover went very smoothly (feel free to contact the designers I worked with). I will NOT pull out of this contest at the last second, I assure you. Nor will you ever see your work on anything else if you do not win. I will not even share your basic design with another contestant even if it’s to suggest a small change.
Having said that. I am open to suggestion and interpretation of what it is I am looking for.
I am not looking for goofy graphics, or silly characters to be inserted into this site. This is a business site, meant for business and not hear to look silly. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask me!
Also. I will rate every entry for certain. If I eliminate the entry, it’s only due to it not fitting into what I want – nothing personal.
