ARIA - LOGO GUIDELINE
The name of our product is Aria - (meaning, an elaborate melody sung solo with accompaniment, as in an opera or oratorio.) It is a symbolic reference to the individual who is empowered to control his/her health records all in one place, in unison with all the medical institutes that are involved in the healthcare industry (so, like an aria that is driven by the solo singer in harmony with all the instruments that make up an orchestra). The service it provides is a new, secure and easy way to store/receive/share/have full control over one’s medical records in one place, where the individual should feel empowered within his/her health community.
Essentially, the product is about the empowered individual within a health community and the logo must reflect that in an appealing, inviting, and sophisticated way. Our vision is that one day Aria becomes a microcosm of healthcare in the digital age - by using the safest, most trustworthy technology to our advantage we want the brand to be the prime example of how medical information is stored and shared online in the digital age.
The feeling/look of the logo should reflect a sophisticated, mature, welcoming and trustworthy brand - a symbol of a community that people who care about the importance of health will want to be a part of. The four most important visual elements that need to be reflected in the logo are: health, empowered individual, community & the musical definition of aria
We are still not there yet in terms of exact shades and hues for the three colors in terms of what goes well together, but the 60-30-10 rule below is meant to be followed in terms of the actual color types for the website and app. Instead of a plain white we would like to go for a more silver/chrome shade as the base because it evokes sophistication, seriousness, maturity , green as the second primary because it evokes health, vitality, energy and growth, and purple as a more ‘unique’ third-primary colour which should only be shown in subtle fashion as laid out in the examples below. Subtle hints or shadows of purple can go very well with the more dominant green. In the logo, you are free to choose which colors dominate in which way based on your expertise and this brief.

Building a service that allows doctors and other medical professionals to seamlessly share medical records directly to their patients, giving patients a single digital and verified source of their entire medical history and primary control of who these records may be accessed by.
