Yorizon is a specialised company in measuring the satisfaction of IT users in organisations. We are a typical B-to-B company. Our contacts within our clients are (non technical) IT managers and IT directors. The reason that they do business wit us, is that they want to improve their IT-organisation based on the feedback of the IT end user (the employee using IT) and the internal departments which make use of IT. Examples are better communication about IT maintenance, better internal It servive desk and better IT applications.
So, we measure the satisfaction with IT and because we execute this for many organisations, we are able to compare the performance of company X with company Y. This is called benchmarking.

IT Experience Benchmark is a survey in which multiple clients participate. They all get the same survey to be used to get the feedback from their IT end users. We process all of the information to a report which is accessable for every participating organisation.
