How do we differ from the competition?
Most of the direct and indirect competitors are using brand imagery that is white, clean, and scientific for marketing materials and websites. It is very devoid of character and personality. The verbiage is “corporate” speak written with standard copywriting feature/benefit.
We can differentiate by creating a more personalized and relevant approach. We need to give our brand personality. Perhaps a mascot or familiar image for the logo. The copy needs to be conversational in tone and directed at the particular audience. We may need two or three versions of each presentation for the various audiences – Consumer, Professional Installers and Commercial/Government buyers.
