Our target market live in urban areas, they are 25 to 35, male and female, they hang out with friends at restaurants and bars, they travel, and are influenced by trends. They are excited about making a difference in the food and beverage industry and seek notoriety. They are overwhelmed with accounting work or they are dissatisfied with their current accountant, and we were either referred by someone or they are looking for someone new to not only do their books, but to guide them through their growth.
We need to be seen as mentors, an innovative solution to their problems, and a guide to their growth. We would describe our brand as professional, modern, sleek, positive/optimistic, innovative, powerful and smart. When the clients see our brand they need to feel inspired, optimistic, security, relief, freedom, trust, and motivated.
