FINABRO is a platform that helps ordinary people save money and invest it in an optimal way. Technically, this means, that we'll help people define their financial goals (e.g. I want 1000 Euro per month when I retire), and create a plan for how to save money to achieve this goal. FINABRO will then invest the money in an optimal way for the individual and continuously take care of the money to make it easy for our customers. And we'll continously monitor whether our customers are on track to reach their goals, and give recomendations for changes.
„Bro“ is the Scandinavian word for “Bridge” (the main founder is Scandinavian). FINABRO’s objective is to create the “financial bridge” that help our customers save and invest optimally to reach their financial goals.
FINABRO's geographical focus is Austria (launch country) and the German speaking region, with an ambition to grow beyond in Europe.
FINABRO wants to stand for the following:
- Trust: An alternative and better way to save and invest and VERY trust worthy (trust is our number one challenge in winning customers)
- Modern: Our business model is new, and we're a modern start-up company. But our core product is old. Think Uber - super old product but delivered in a much more efficient and delightful manner
- Conservative: Somwhat in contrast to the "Modern" we're conservative in our approach to investing money. We take good care of the money, we don't do "wild things" (i.e. very risky investments"
- "Do good": Our motivation is not to make the rich richer, but rather to help ordinary people understand the importance of saving enough and investing well and be their help and guide. Very important in our founding mission is, that we're concerned about Europe's pension system not being able to take care of everyone, and want to help everyone take better care of them selves.
