Conte para a gente quem é você e quem é seu público alvo
Saklax Manufacturing Company manufactures complex close tolerance components primarily for the aerospace jet engine business. This is accomplished through precision CNC turning, milling and tooling. We work as a sub-contractor, for companies like Boeing, GE and Pratt & Whitney (so Boeing -> contractor -> Saklax).
Last year marked 20 years in business in the industry and we want Saklax to have a sleek, new logo that looks good on a website, emails, business cards, documents and on a board outside our facility. We want people to see it and remember Saklax.
Words that describe the company: Quality: This is a quality driven industry and we have outstanding quality ratings with our customers. Expert: We prefer to have the complex/close-tolerance/precision work from customers. Trust: We build relationships with people and treat them as friends. Delivery/Reliability: We can get parts quickly and the customer doesn’t have to worry about deadlines.
Scope: Company has a wide scope carrying both CNC turning and milling machines we covers a variety of jobs. We remain open to new technology, recently-developed equipment may have a positive long-term effect by simplifying production methods.

Inspiração de design
We would like to ensure that the logo can reproduce at small and large scales, thus overall we are looking for something simple, yet unique than an intricate one. Something that has at can be meaningful in monochrome (black and white) as well (for when photocopies are made and etc). Additionally, we would like to be able to use the logo with or without the “Manufacturing Company” tag line (probably like Manufacturing Company better than Mfg Co.). As for the colors, we are in favor of staying close to the red-ish/blue-ish scheme although are willing to entertain other combinations.
We are looking for a stylish and professional logo that's polished and without too much detail. Avoid manufacturing/aerospace clichés like gears.
