Please think about when you or someone you know has been in a car accident or personally injured. First, you are shaken physically and emotionally. Next, you are having to deal with auto insurance companies that are trying to spend as little money as possible to get you to settle the case. What we do is take care of the clients health before the settle their case. The problem with car accidents is that most of the time there is not a broken limb but there is serious soft tissue damage that might be a tear in muscles and the real problems to present until a couple weeks after the accident. If people settle with the auto insurance company quickly and an injury is not resolved then it is the client that now has to pay medical costs and not the auto insurance company. That is where we come in and manage the clients health before they settle with the auto insurance company.
