Target Audience: Micro businesses between $10,000 and $500,000 in profit. Typical customer has between $25,000 and $1,000,000 in gross revenue. So very small businesses.
What we do: We analyze small business and owner's tax returns for free. We then recommend a specific tax filing strategy to save about $2000 to $8000 per year, every year. Specifically, we convert the tax filing status of small businesses to that of an S Corporation, and then consult with those small businesses for a year on exactly the business and legal processes to follow.

- Our clients are often overlooked by CPA's and Accountants because they are so small.
- We only get paid if we can save our clients a significant amount of tax savings year over year; usually between $2000 and $8000 in yearly tax savings.
- Our customers have no risk, we only get paid if our customers can save money in taxes.
- We will spend a year helping our customers interface with their payroll service, bookkeeping service, and tax preparation professionals. Unlimited support for a year.
- I am going to focus on Colorado businesses for the first year or two, and then roll this out for every state in the US.
