Those scholars who assemble 26 Translations did so to help open up the richness of scripture to us. In the introduction the general editor, Curtis Vaughan, states that he and his associates hold a long standing belief that one translation opens and illustrates another translation. That certainly is my experience with these two volumes.
One of the concepts I've thought that illustrates and speaks to 26 translations, visually, is a MOSAIC. In other words, each translations plays an important part of the picture.
26 Tranlsations is a MOSAIC of 26 classic, time-tested, trusted and true Bible Translations...each contributing a significant and important piece of the WHOLE PICTURE of the nuances and meanings of scripture.
A full color logo of a mosaid...or better yet, the words: 26 Translaions DONE IN A MOSAIC STYLE may give us an entire theme to work with so visually the logo could capture what it is, and what it does instantly.
