Didi is the Hindi word for 'elder sister.' In India, women find out about their menstrual cycles and sex from their elder sisters. There is a lack of information, a lack of resources, and a huge social stigma around even discussing sexual or mental health in India. As a result, India holds one of the highest death rates for female cervical cancer and suicide.
Mydidi.co will be available to women in India to receive information and resources on sexual and mental health. We will first target young women, aged 18-25, but the branding should be applicable for all women in India. The product offering is: community for women to speak discretely and anonymously with each other and doctors, an AI chatbot to diagnose symptoms, telehealth with a gynecologist or mental health professional, discrete labs (book and pay for labs on our platform and never share financial or personal information with the lab company), and discrete delivery of products (in basic packaging, so no one else has to know you are getting pads or tampons or condoms, etc).
Our brand identity is strong, powerful, strong, independent, feminine, fearless, forward-thinking.
