We provide energy audits for homeowners and investors looking to remodel, rennovate, or add-on. Our target audience will be high-end homeowners in Hidden Valley, Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Malibu and the Pacific Palisades communities, all top-end Southern Calififornia communities with average home values between $5m-$40m. The magazine this ad is going into is Conejo Valley Lifestyle.

A full page ad thats end goal is for the customer to call. I am purposefully not using a website, because I believe the person still makes the sale. There is too much to try to coney into an ad, hence why I need the ad to grab their attention and immediately make them want to call me to schedule a time to come out. What I do is go out to the homeowner's house and take archetectual data including existing building materials and gather their past 12m of energy bills and gas bills and run it through CalRatePRO. I will produce a customized report for energy efficient upgrades that range from appliances to HVAC to insulation to light bulbs. I will be able to show the homeowner the money saved by making the upgrades and I will also be the middleman/referee to ensure the upgrades are done to specification and to the State's energy standards. I am a certified Whole House Rater, HERS Rater, and Energy Auditor through Calcerts, California's official HERS Provider.
