Below is a difficult concept that I need explained visually and possibly with a tagline such as;
1. If you can manage your online banking, you can manage your global excess
2. Easier to manage, Higher rate of return, Less Stress
I need a design that has the first page as "one pager" which explains our portal visually. The portal is an online (SaS) used to manage excess inventory for major manufacturers. The rest of the presentation is a "deep dive" that explains more of the benefits. the whole presentation should not be more than a handful of slides (1-one pager) that will be mailed out to solicit interest and the (6-8 pager) that is a deep dive.
The goal is to have a visual illustration that communicates the value proposition of having World Micro resell your leftover parts.
The slide has to explain"What is in it for me?" if I sign up with you. Our company vision is "we solve difficult supply chain issues". One of those issues is excess invnetory. Think of when Apple (OEM) moves from Iphone 4S to 5. What do they do with all the leftover parts? Often, they throw them away and that costs millions. That is b/c Apple does not buidl phones. They hire a third party company (CM) to build it (Foxconn in china). Foxconn turns around and sends a bill to Apple for all the leftover parts. Once paid, they throw the parts in the trash.
This presentation needs to explain how:
1. Leftover parts are transferred from CM to World Micro.
2. World Micro sells those parts and returns money to CM for 180 days
3. After 180 days, the remaining inventory is bought by OEM and the CM is made whole
4. From that day forward, all proceeds from the sale of inventory are returned to the OEM.
OEM never touches parts
CM has a clear plan on when they will be made whole
Parts are transferred for sale when tyey have the highest likelihood of resale
Attached is (asteel beginning and St Jude) which includes some pictures of our portal and a few features/benefits. I would consider those slides out of date b/c they dont focus on the solution. Also, I have attached a template (asteel revised) that i think is attractive and illustrates what the style (in rough draft form) that I am looking for.
