We offer handicap accessible vans, driving aids, in-home and vehicle lifts, wheelchairs, scooters and all other mobility solutions. Company History GoldenBoy Mobility started 35 years ago as a manufacturing company where Gary Sr. and his brother, Chris, designed, developed, and manufactured the GoldenBoy wheelchair lift. In 1978, Gary Sr. opened his own store whose motto was "Customer service first!" GoldenBoy specialized in van conversions, lifts, driving controls, and soon became a premier location for any custom modification. Gary's son, Gary Jr., grew up in the mobility industry. He has fond childhood memories of spending time with his dad and customers in the shop. Like his father, he developed a passion for the industry and started working in the shop by answering phones, then served as a technician, maintenance supervisor, general manager and has now taken over the business. Gary Jr. and the staff at GoldenBoy still focus on putting customer service first. This is a family business where our customers are part of our family. At GoldenBoy, you will be treated with respect and customer service while our experienced technicians work on your vehicle. Vehicle wrap We are looking to wrap our 2010 White Dodge Grand caravan minivan. We are going to use it to showcase at events, as a demo van, and as a rolling advertisement while on the road. The wrap must be in line with our brand image and brand message. I am undecided if it needs to be a full vehicle wrap or spot wrapping. I will make a decision based off of the best designs. Looking for a clean, professional, design. The mobility industry is not a flashy trendy industry (I have seen some crazy monster, radio station etc wraps) The wrap must showcase our company logo and tag line of Go. Be. Live. (it doesn’t have to necessarily be together. Included: Brief history, trifold, website www.goldenboymobility.com, Brand colors, logos, images that we have used
Target Audience Any disabled person or person that requires mobility assistance. Mitch who was in an accident and is still very independent, strong, dedicated. Mary who is getting older and has been having a difficult time getting around. Rick, who was injured while serving in combat operations overseas and is very strongly involved in veteran organizations. Nancy who is taking care of her son with MS or cerebral palsy. All of these people share one bond - an interest in having the freedom and ability to be mobile and get out and enjoy being able to do things in life – normal shopping, and traveling to/from work, getting to medical appointments, traveling hwy1 etc Goal: 1 Increase awareness - We are going to use it to showcase at events, as a demo van, and as a rolling advertisement while on the road 2 Drive customers to call or to go to the web site to do more in-depth research 3 The wrap should be an extension of the web site and brand. Current perception: I have very specific needs. I want to be treated fairly and with respect. I am may or may not be price conscious, however I want a quality product. Customer service seems to be an afterthought. What we want them to perceive: Gary, Jesse, Ben, Sean, Tracey. Really care about my needs. They know exactly what I want and have bent over backwards to help me. I really trust them, they have been in the industry for a long time and really know about the products. They not only provide me with quality products, but the right quality products for my needs. Golden Boy is dedicated to providing quality products, and providing customer support.
