Lavish Interior Designs offers a property staging and furniture hire service to those who are selling their homes/investment properties. We get properties looking their best for sale, as to sell your home at the best price, it needs to look its best.
We fully furnish vacant properties, as well as enhance those that are still lived in. The aim is to achieve a premium sale price, and a faster sales turn around.
Our target audience are individuals who are selling their homes/investment properties, as well as real estate agents who can refer us to their clients.

We would like something that is easy to read on a one page A4 flyer - not too crowded with information.. If there is too much content to fit on one page we would consider double sided.
- Please base the colouring on our logo colours found on attached file.
- We have included pictures for you to use or any that are on our website. We would like at least two pictures used.
- We would like you to use the part or all of the text we have provided but you can also use anything you find on our website if you think that would be better.
- Please include our contact details and logo.
Outras notas
The flyer must be visually appealing and will stand out against other staging/furniture hire companies as this material will be used to sell our services to the current modern property market.
