We develop and sell innovative new products for Hookahs to people worldwide.
For almost as long as there has been a concept of the tribe, or of civilization, people have gathered. Gathered to share the experiences that shape who they are and who they aspire to be. They congregated around the campfires that lit the darkness of night; they congregated in the common rooms and taverns of yesteryear; and today, they congregate in the cafés and lounges of the world.
From Shanghai to London and on from there to New York and Tokyo, millions sit with one-another and share of themselves. They share meals, drinks, and… Hookahs. They laugh, they cry, they fall in love, and they forge new relationships—all as the Hookah is passed from person-to-person, a ritual rooted in our common history.
Now, as we boldly embark on the journey towards our common future, the people and the cultures’ that sustain them have evolved, and though tastes and habits may have changed, the underlying purpose—connection—remains the same. It is in this landscape, which honors the traditions and rituals of connection while simultaneously meeting the needs of people living in a new age that Kaloud is born.
But what is Kaloud?
“Kala” (कला) is Hindi for Art and, when blended with the word Cloud, it Manifests the Cultural and Innovative Paradigm Shift otherwise known as – KALOUD.
We need labels for glass jars that will contain colored powders (each color is a flavor). Our product line is called Kaloud Pure and we currently have six Kaloud Pure flavors: Grape, Mint, Citrus, Berry, Apple, and Essence (our flavorless product).
Our company name is "Kaloud" and our product is called "Pure."

We need easily editable package designs for our 4 oz. and 8 oz. glass jars as well as our bags that we can modify internally. So your file format submissions must be in Illustrator and Photoshop or something that we can accept and which is editable.
Our 4 oz. Jar is 2.6 inches in height by 2.3 inches in diameter and requires a label that is 1.80 inches in height by 7.00 inches in width.
Our 8 oz. Jar is 3.5 inches in height by 2.9 inches in diameter and requires a label that is 2.60 inches in height by 8.25 inches in width.
Both designs should be the same, just different in terms of their size.
We would like our packaging to reflect our brand.
It should ideally have a very cool, sophisticated, and elegant look and should also provide the following information:
NET WT. 4 OZ. (113 G) for the 4 ounce jar.
NET WT. 8 OZ. (226 G) for the 8 ounce jar.
It should include the following as well:

Kaloud Pure is completely Non-Toxic, but should not be eaten.
Directions: Use 1 Heaping Teaspoon of Kaloud Pure per 10 OZ. (295 ml) Water. Swirl the Kaloud Pure in your Hookah Base or mix it with a spoon to make sure it fully dissolves. Take a moment to appreciate the amazing aroma coming out of your Hookah Base. We love experimentation so feel free to try mixing different flavors of Kaloud Pure together to customize your Hookah Experience. Enjoy!
It would be good to add simple graphical representations for the instructions as well (e.g. a spoon dropping powder into a Hookah Base, Water being added to the Hookah Base, a smiling face inhaling the aroma).
