We needed a can design for a line of nootropic beverages, and wound up selecting Eiko based not only on his communication, but his reaction time and willingness to put up with our scattered shit. his quality was good without being precious (meaning he gave us exactly what we asked for without polishing something for days -- this is actually a good thing, since you want turnaround and an ability to put out lots of variations on the fly). Once selected, he was more than amenable to helping us iron out our choice. Will work with him/her in the future.
