I cannot say enough great things about Ali! I tried working with a number of other designers on here and other places and Ali was by far the best. Ali understood the style I was looking for right from the beginning, where, again, others did not. When I asked for modifications there was no confusion with Ali, and I didn't have to explain what I wanted over and over. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going with anyone else.
