Jacked Up Cakes is a cake company formed by Jack Rogers, a young entrepreneur who loves baking non-traditional cakes.
Here I drew a stamp-style logo for Jacked Up Cakes. I hand-drawn a burger like the one Jack made, topped with a swirl of buttercream icing, to give prospective clients a hint of what the company does, kind of like a visual metaphor of "we make bad-ass cakes". The stamp effect and hand-drawn elements gives a feeling of quality and hand-made craftsmanship.
The wordmark can also be used on it's own, without the stamp effect and burger cake, when needed. It's a customized wordmark with a wire whisk, one of the most important tool of a sweet pastry baker, to give a hint to cakes without making it look too feminine.
The business card is both modern and classic at the same time, with a rustic style coupled with modern flat icons for the contact details.
