Terms of Service

I retain the right to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in portfolios and websites, and in galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses. Upon expiration or termination of service, client shall pay all expenses with any additional costs incurred through and up to, the date of cancellation, any confidential Information shall be returned or destroyed.

Client ordering of the service is obligated to pay in advance with 30% non-refundable deposit upon commencement of project. If the client requests to extend or modify any delivery schedule or deadlines of the service as may be required, the client shall pay 20% additional charges which are outside the scope of the logomark+ service on a time and materials basis.

Agreement shall commence upon the effective date and shall remain effective until the logo design service is completed and delivered.

Finalized artwork means all creative content developed or created exclusively for the client and incorporated into and delivered as part of the handover. Source files, work product and proof reading of finalized artwork specified in the logo design service to be delivered to the client, specific to brandmark and identity system ONLY.
