The concept is that despite not meeting traditional and societal expectations that a woman has to be a wife and a mother to be successful and happy, these women are \"Still Worthy\" of success and happiness and my business will have the message of encouraging them to actively build that type of life for themselves vs. waiting on a man to give it to them. The logo needed to be feminine yet strong so I selected a bolder, script font and then edited it to be a bit more thinner. I sat a crown above the \"S\" at a slight angle to show that she is still worthy but to be a bit playful. Both the crown and the swash at the bottom can be used as separate elements in other applications.")

The client requested the three separate labels with the top label having an encoded message. For the main label, I created a grid of letters containing the brand name \"Enigma\" as well as other words related to this particular wine and the decoded version of the top label. Then I proposed having a hang tag with a holes punched in it (a Cardan Grille cipher) that when laid over the front label would reveal the brand name.")

I suggested the \"Paw of Approval\" seal and the \"dreamy things inside\" messaging and the client liked those additions. I also suggested the paw print patterned tissue paper sealed with the sticker for the inside. The client was very excited about the additional elements I brought to the packaging.")

It's a Spanish wine but will be sold in Chinese markets. I did research and learned that the majority of Chinese wine drinkers prefer labels with imagery of a vineyard so I incorporated that into the design. The logo is made of the intertwined \"8\"s that hint to grapevines.")
