It packs a lot of meaning: Holding the Bone used in the broth base with a pair of red chopsticks creates a V (for Vienna). The bone is created using an old etching style of illustrations used in butcher shops. The Chopsticks are slightly off to follow the Japanese love of slight imperfections.")
