I had read the project brief and seen the attached screenshots. The first thing that came to my mind while redesigning the landing page is simplicity and minimal approach which is quite essential while working on web apps. I have kept the elements simple and easy to use without being heavy even if there are many list items in any container.
Similarly, the modal is also designed to keep the focus on the content and easy data entry in the fields.
The color scheme is kept flat complementing the overall branding.")

The layout is kept minimal with the use of pastel colors to give a cozy feel to the website. Since the product is face masks, I have put special focus towards highlighting it with different shapes to achieve a higher place in search engines ranking through various design strategies, and engage the user further through a customizable shopping experience.")

Here I kept a bold look while using flat navy blue color tone in the layout. The use of pictures are blended with the layout and not looking overly placed. I have used sans serif font family so that it gives a feel of trust to the visitors. The placement of Re/max logo in the page tells the importance of it being here. Properties sections are divided into Exclusive and Featured which are very trendy. Contact section is center aligned in the last to gather more leads from the website. Using the color palette used by you guys in creating various objects, I have created this user friendly homepage design. The design uses pastel color tones of the materials you use. From forest green to ocean blue and Jade Green, colors are carefully used to represent your brand. Design elements are also given the textures of your color surfaces.
I have used a combination of serif and sans-serif fonts to give the website a luxurious feel. You will experience the light weight and easy-to-eyes feel of website design. As far as the images are concerned, I have thoroughly explored your website and found these catchy images. No stock images are used in this layout.
I have also kept in mind the mobile optimized part of this website. Therefore, the website is designed on bootstrap grid so that it follows the standard and most-used responsive website protocol.")
