99designs is such an awesome concept. I have spent literally thousands on logo designs over the past few years and 99designs has been by far the most cost effective and totally amazing and satisfying process I have ever experienced. In fact, I had already spent $1,500 on a logo that I never ended up using with a graphic designer that charged me for changes I requested as a result of them not listening to what I requested in the first place. This absolutely was not my experience with 99designs. I ended up with a logo (for the same business that I had previously spent $1,500 on) that I now love and was able to request as many changes as I needed to get the result I was after, all for $324. I couldn't be happier and would recommend 99designs to anyone.
