O que é o padrão de qualidade da 99designs?
To ensure that clients receive professional designs and that trust in our designer community is maintained, we evaluate designers based on our minimum quality standard. Design is subjective but there is a certain pattern that must be followed.
We are constantly reviewing designers' profiles to ensure they meet our quality standard and reserve the right to suspend accounts that are not within this standard.
Each portfolio is reviewed for the level of professionalism and skill set below:
- Execution of Design Principles : How well you perform typography , visual hierarchy , composition, and color in your designs. This also includes having a complete profile with your best work.
- Conceptual Creation : How well you develop creative concepts that meet customer needs, how much you avoid creating generic designs , copying other designers , and following our stock image policies .
- Technical Skill and Final Files : How well you organize and produce final files correctly by category and how you send them to customers.
- Customer Communication and Satisfaction : How you communicate professionally with customers by maintaining positive response time, successful contests and projects, earning positive customer reviews, and commitment to our Designer Code of Conduct .
Designers must demonstrate proficiency in all of the above criteria, not just one or two, all.
