"Unfortunately, the designer was not professional. We tried to come to a professional agreement regarding designs. Feedback regarding designs was not received well by the designer. Consistent unprofessionalism throughout the project. "

"*Crystal,* I appreciate your feedback, it is the basis of my professional growth. Before issuing a review you should consider aspects such as:
*Quality:* I delivered a handmade work and you valued it positively on repeated occasions.
*Time:* You delayed the project for 8 months without justification, additionally the termination of the project was due to the intervention of customer service.
*Payments:* You never voluntarily made a payment for my work, everything was managed by the 99 designs team.
*Time:* I asked you repeatedly to make a work plan and you preferred to ignore my requests, adding requirements outside the contract.
*Deliverables:* You received 3 luxury designs for a private collection, which you converted into more than 50 free templates without financial compensation.
Ethics: Including derogatory terms that undermine the quality of my work is an act that goes against ethics.
*I wish you success and that this project is a lesson for both of us.*
