"design is great, however was not done in the timeframe requested. Also there was no communication from the designer for 7 days until I called and complained. I would not use again just for the lack of communication"

"It took us a while to get to the right renderings, I think there may have been a language barrier, but we did eventually get there and Shallu was very eager to get the design just right. The outcome was a very good one. She did a great job."
